    I was asked about request for the grooming cut. I requested not to trim much of the tail and face. My pup entire tail is bald and his face cut is very short near the nose area it’s so low it shows skin around his nose. Overall, he’s very clean.

    I thought my pup was groomed so nicely when I first picked him up (he looked nice), but when I got home I found the underside edges of both of his ears were all bloody and scabbed over!!!! Absolutely NOTHING was said to me when I picked him up! And I gave the groomer, who is the manager! a decent cash tip too!! I am pissed and will never take my pup to Petco again to be groomed! I was horrified to see my guy’s ears like that. Can you imagine getting your haircut and being cut like that? And the salon not doing anything about it?!?!? WTH?!?!?!

    Our groomer did a great job with Zsa Zsa’s haircut. I love that she pays attention to what I ask for even if it might not be the exact type others would want for her breed. I think she looks great.
