They pressure you to enroll in their vital rewards, and eighth grooming is “FREE” but somehow, the app doesn’t register any of my grooming to track them, and no one can ever help with this. I have spoken with Manager, Amy, and asked for call from district manager. They always verify the info/ account are correct and then tell me it will register in 24 hours, and if it doesn’t “just call customer service.” Why should I have to waste my time doing this, every single time I get a groom? I have been to 4 grooming appts this year, and none have registered with the app. Always excuses, always push it off on me to fix. I have never gotten a “reward” groom for my loyalty…hundreds of dollars worth.

When I came in to drop my pup off for grooming, Xavier mentioned I was scheduled at a further away location. I asked him when was the soonest I could get an appointment here, he told me that he would take her now with no problem. He was so nice and helpful and I felt terrible I made the mistake but he was very nice about it. He took great care of my pup and called as soon as she was done and looked amazing! Definitely will be booking with Xavier for future grooms.
