(I have seen him run from the door so many other times-OTHER PLACES) The staff seems to really like having him. I have read some of the other reviews about staff. Most of the staff I have dealt with are more reserved and not necessarily “bubbly”, but they have always been very nice. It’s really not about me anyway. My dog is the one staying and they make him very comfortable. Could not be happier with where I kennel our family pet! OH, they will also groom, etc before you pick your pet up too. I had them cut my dog’s nails and they did a great job! I strongly suggest you at least check the place out. Beautiful facility and the owner lives on site.
