I called the store after work and asked to exchange or return it without a receipt since they didn’t provide me with one. I was mistaken when thinking they didn’t ask me, but then the man informed me that he was the one who paid me out and such. I totally understand not being able to do the refund, but the way this kid treated me before and after exchange was unprofessional and the way the situation was dealt with was poor. I believe him name was Kenning from what it sounded like. I’m really disappointed that I wasted $40! As someone who doesn’t shop at pet co a lot, I guess it would have been nice to know abt the rewards and account importance since the rerun policy is super strict.

Some employees are very personable and helpful while others act completely clueless and distant which is not helpful. I wish it was for consistent! Shout out to AL! AL has been the best by far!
