Stopped to get a gentle leader for my service dog. They had them and I bought one but when. I got home about 2 hours later I opened the package and discovered there was dog hair on the part that is padded that goes over the snout. Idk if someone returned it or if it was tried on in store or what but it was disappointing to think I was buying a new product vs getting a possible used one. Thankfully the size the box stated it was (Large) was actually the size in the box as the boxes are not stapled shut or sealed in anyway. My dog doesn't care about it the hair after giving it a good sniff. But if im going to be buying an item that has been used in anyway or tried on and left with a bunch of hair in it I want a discount. I tried lint rolling it and got most of the hair off so the pic is what ot looks like AFTER lint rolling it.
