Unfortunately, our second visit was made uncomfortable by a rude interaction at the front desk regarding being a walk-in. We were never told this was an issue during our first visit, otherwise we would have scheduled ahead. Thankfully, the rest of the staff made up for it. Would still recommend because of the vets.
