We've had a variety of pets over the years and have been with this vet clinic for probably 35 years. Unfortunately in the last 2 weeks we have had to put both our elderly cat and very ill dog to sleep. Their end of life care was very compassionate and empathetic. Both pets went very peacefully in our arms.
Their vet care team and Dr. Singh are great, as were the former owners, Dr. Jackie and her husband. Dr. Singh works hard to get emergency cases in ASAP and routine care is awesome with reasonable prices. Dr. Singh called us several times after hours when he got results back or needed more time to talk to us. I would recommend them to anyone and thank them for their competent and compassionate care!!!!

Been coming here for years, before Dr Jackie left I never had problems. Since she left the care and customer service has gone down hill. When you wait for over an hour (this was a while ago) as of now I have been waiting 29 minutes and there are still 2-3 people in front of me and people walk right in and get helped right away.
The time we waited over an hour our cats were stressed! Then they had the NERVE to call my cats vicious!
If they cannot take care of their customers in a timely manner, they should inform them. They have no business stressing the animals like they do, they are in the business of helping animals not doing them harm!
Stay away from this place they don’t care about animals regardless if them calling themselves a veterinarian clinic!

I am extremely disappointed with my visit the other day. I had an appointment to give my dog his Rabies shot and my dog left with all the shots, shots that were not asked for nor needed. Mind you, I had already gave him his other shots 2 months ago! Now my dog is over-vaccinated and i’m concerned for his well being. They didn’t ask if I wanted the other shots they just added it, after I made it clear when making the appointment and when I got there that it was ONLY for the Rabies Shot. The communication was awful. They asked me if I wanted a heart worm test for my dog and I said yes. Never did they mention it would be an additional 50 dollars… I’m fine with paying that especially since it’s for my dogs health but I cross the line at them adding shots without my consent. I called to see what they could do about it and they told me that there’s absolutely nothing they can do about it and I can’t get a refund even though I did not ask for all the other shots. My dogs health is now at risk because of this and he has not been himself since being over-vaccinated. I’m truly upset with my visit.

So, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, let me first off start by saying "THANK YOU" for taking Baby and I in after calling like 9 other vet offices that WOULD NOT SEE BABY, because they were not taking any new customers. You folks were very enjoyable and entertaining with her ( Baby's medical ) issue and my sense of humor. Not only did you all ease my anxiety and taking care of Baby's medical issues. Dr Singh was very compassionate about addressing Baby's needs. I can tell you all this, after dropping roughly $1,000 in GA over the weekend for her same issues, they prescribed medication that wasn't even for her symptoms. Came here and Baby's vet bill was definitely way more then fair. Mr & Mrs Singh are in this business for the animals and not the almighty dollar as so many other vets throughout the U.S. Mrs Singh, I am sorry for scaring you with my truck, but you were too short and I didn't see you approaching. My deepest apologies to you Mrs Singh. To EVERYONE here..... THANK YOU for your service. Baby and I will be in touch again for here visit next month for her updated shots. May each of you have a prosperous NEW YEAR.
