Every trip is an adventure with or without our fur babies and we always manage to leave with everything we were looking for and usually we have extra finds too. The employees are also always so helpful and knowledgeable from dogs to fish and everything in between. We are super lucky to have such close access to amazing products and help when it comes to all our pets!

I would give her 5 stars if it allowed me to. The lady who I encountered when I first walked in and who checked me out was so rude. She was judgmental about the amount of dog cookies I grabbed for a small dog, who was in the car. Transaction started with her saying “Girl, really one cookie?” and she ended the transaction by saying “enjoy your treat” as if I was the one eating the dog cookie.

Then the one fish double dolphin fin fish keeps swimming on its side???? Our teacher google it n it said that it could be from the fin to heavy not sure if he is not well or if that is the case??

He went above and beyond looking up the one we wanted online since it wasn’t in store and called the Appleton West store to verify it was there.
