The lady i spoke to on the phone confirmed a last minute appointment in my price range and I was very grateful. I show up today and staff firmly insisting I called back and cancled the appointment. I felt dismissing and gaslit. They obviously got my name mixed up with another appointment. They also keep saying loudly in a waiting room filled with people and their animals (at least 4 dogs) that they are doing a euthanasia! And we have to wait. The secretary recommended we go somewhere else. It was frustrating and not a good experience. The staff later reached out to me personally and apologized , which was appreciated , but I was a new customer and a concerned pet owner and that day was not a nice attempt at going to the vet.

Dr Lust returned a call on his day off and was so kind and caring with me. When they are taking new patients I would highly recommend this practice ❤️
