Terrible service and terrible communication we sent home with some medication we don’t know what is for so we called and asked for explanations they charged us for it while we didn’t ask for it
It didn’t look or feel trustworthy for us extra charge appears in our bill
They charged office hour for first time visit while we had a first time visit 2 months ago and had dental appointments which their doctor canceled and rescheduled
Will not come back it is a terrible experience I wish they cared and was some customer service available

They are great for our dog and the wait is normally minimal. They really listen to us and it has helped our rescue dog glow up so well!

Horrible experience! What started as a normal visit turned into a nightmare the moment I signed up for their so-called “wellness plan” for my cat.
The entire clinic feels like a scam. Everything seemed fine at first, but after enrolling in their plan, I realized they’re using it as a way to overcharge and mislead pet owners. It’s clear they are abusing the system for profit.
I was charged for services I didn’t agree to, given expired medication for my cat and treated with complete disrespect when I raised concerns. This is not just unprofessional it’s dangerous and unethical.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
