- CLChristina LucasAug 7, 20231.0Went to a clinic for a Heartworm test and RX. The test was completed. It has been extremely difficult to have the customer no-support send the RX to the mail order pharmacy. We explained that we are just traveling through and need to have the RX sent to the pharmacy. The customer no-support was not helpful. They said it may take a week for them to fax the RX. They said they they could not expedite the Rx. Unacceptable service . We thought it might be beneficial to use a national vet service so it would be easier for us while traveling. Not the case. I will not be recommending this service to our fellow travelers with pets.
