Everytime I have ordered feeders such as crickets or Dubai roaches they have come dead or molded. It’s extremely disappointing. I also noticed incorrect lighting and temps as well as improper enrichment in all of the terrariums for the reptiles. I bought a leopard gecko from this location that had a severe calcium deficiency and now has bone issues. Please do better as a company. Another thing, tell your employees that arguing and treating customers like they have no brains is unacceptable behavior.

Cashier who waited on us 1-17-26 is a naturalist, according to store manager. He was absolutely filthy, with dirty clothes, pieces of fuzz and other stuff in his hair, and disgustingly dirty fingernails. Manager made excuses for how gross and disgusting he smelled. We're done. Shopping elsewhere now.
