  Very dissatisfied, there are not all employees but there is one who is very rude and does not do his job I always do my shopping online ready to pick up and this gentleman is very peresous makes you go and take your things off the shelf I can do it but it is only the one who does this and has a very bad attitude I will never return to this store thanks to Mathew

  I visited this store on Friday to buy a parrot and some bird food. Unfortunately, the customer service at the beginning of my visit was not pleasant. When I approached the register, the man working there did not greet me, did not smile, and seemed uninterested in helping. He appeared to be mumbling something under his breath, which made the interaction uncomfortable. I asked if I could buy a parrot, and he called another employee to assist me. A girl with short brown hair came over, but she also seemed quite unfriendly and not very welcoming. When people come to a store, especially to buy a pet, they hope to have a positive experience and feel welcomed. Unfortunately, the attitude of the first two employees made the atmosphere feel cold and uncomfortable. The only positive part of my visit was the employee with long hair who helped me at the register when I paid. She was friendly, smiling, and polite, and she made the experience better. I hope the store can improve the level of customer service, because a simple smile and a welcoming attitude can make a big difference for customers.
