  I took my dog to the groomers and they really nailed it, Sally the hair technician was awesome. They also feature a large selection of kibbles and bits while some are rather pricey I guess you get what you pay for, the biscuit bar was well kept although didn’t taste as good as they looked!

  I’ve been to this Petco location multiple times, and unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing due to the manager’s attitude. Every time I come in, he comes across as rude and makes customers feel like they’re doing something wrong just by being there. When asking simple questions or looking for help, he responds in a way that feels dismissive and annoyed, as if customers are a burden rather than the reason the store exists. It creates an uncomfortable environment and makes me hesitant to even ask for assistance. Customer service is a huge part of retail, and the way this manager behaves with people reflects poorly on the entire store. Corporate should really take a closer look at the leadership at this location, because attitudes like this are driving customers away. I know I’m not the only one who feels this way, and it’s frustrating because the store itself could be a great place to shop.

  Hello, I would like to report a negative experience I had at one of your Petco locations. During my visit, I was looking at the fish section and taking photos of the aquariums for personal reference. An employee approached me and told me that I was not allowed to take pictures inside the store. The interaction felt unnecessary and was communicated in a rude and dismissive manner. I was not disrupting anyone, filming employees, or using any professional equipment—just taking simple photos of the fish tanks. This made the experience uncomfortable and left me confused, as I was under the impression that casual photography of store displays is generally allowed. I would appreciate clarification on your store policy regarding photography, and I hope this feedback can be used to ensure better customer interactions in the future. Thank you for your time.

  I like this Petco they have everything you need plenty of parking and the store is always clean, I like to go and see the cats that are up for adoption...
