Schedule 9 appointments for 9 puppies. I asked multiple times while scheduling this appointment if they were sure they would be able to see all 9. I was told yes because how much time was scheduled. I didn’t want to waste my time our theirs. I live across town, came 30 minutes early to be turned away. The staff stated they would not be able to see them, because they wouldn’t have time to see any other animals. The appointment center needs to be updated on scheduling information.

The recent visit was very chaotic. First, there was not someone to check us in for our appointment as all the people working the clinic were busy with the dog getting seen. We waited 30 min past our appointment time. The ladies seemed tired and rushed and I felt bad for them.
