- TCTrevor CohnNov 17, 20251.0Absolutely the most unprofessional group of veterinary professionals I’ve ever came in contact with. Wanted to sedate my dog to preform a wellness checkup. Couldn’t handle a Chihuahua, and still made my wife pay 92$ for doing nothing. Please take your dogs elsewhere!

The tech TESS checked us in and all she cared about was pushing extra shots we didn't need or want. Our baby doesn't even leave the house why does she need all these extra shots?! We were relieved the vet Dr Johnson showed more empathy otherwise we almost left! Dr. Johnson actually took a lot of time to ask questions and understand our baby's lifestyle and our concerns. It turns out she didn't need all the shots TESS was saying she needed just bc she got them in the past. What a stupid way to give shots based only on history and not what the cat actually needs based off their individual age, risks, and exposures. Don't recommend this place, even though the vet cares and performed a gentle and very detailed exam, it's not worth the humiliation, pressure and stress from the tech caring more about upselling every shot in the world and talking down to you when you don't show interest in the shots. Maybe if we had a different tech our visit would have been better!
