I’m beyond happy with the way my dog was groomed! Alyssa did an AMAZING job and has most definitely gained us as returning customers. My dog’s coat looked SO GOOD after we took her to Alyssa! This Petco location was also nicer and cleaner overall when compared to others. 10/10 for sure! ☺️🥳

We clearly asked for the same trim as last time, using the same description and instructions. Photo 1 shows how she was groomed before, and photo 2 shows how she looks after today’s appointment — even though we asked for exactly the same haircut both times. This time, she was cut way too short, unevenly, and nothing like what we requested. The ears look awful — uneven, chopped, and not even washed properly. It’s clear the groomer didn’t take the time or care to do the job well. What made the experience even worse was the unprofessional response. Jaidyn didn’t apologize or offer any real solution — only said she could “do a correction,” but there’s nothing left to correct when the hair is already cut so short. We’re very disappointed by both the result and the lack of accountability. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this salon to anyone.
