I have a GoldenDoodle so his grooming is very important. this location has been cancelling our appointments on a regular basis. I think they are understaffed and this has caused them to call me day of or day before to cancel my grooming appointment which is very frustrating. I have a golden doodle so keeping up with his grooming is crucial. They need to hire more help I can tell their groomers are struggling.. Jade does an amazing job! A year ago they were doing great but the last few months the orchards location has been very disappointing.
