The register employee was super nice and asked if I needed help carrying out my bag of dog food. Then a third employee came and took my purchases out to my car! Five stars for sure!

- DDDiannaNov 2, 20251.0after having seen 2 people on the sales floor, I couldn't locate either of them for help. had to ask the seemingly decently yet sluggish cashier to ask for assistance. it doesn't help that I'm disabled and use a cane to walk either!! anyway, after 6 or 7 minutes, I had to find an associate for help, she seemed like it was a problem. anyway..... never again will I step foot in any Petco store.
