I asked a women if they had love crickets and she told me to go up front first, cool no problem. Than when the cashier called out for the crickets, the employee I spoke to looked over and than decided to take out a rat and start cleaning the tank... she very slowly did this while looking over and seeing that. No worker had gone for the crickets. Finally after the entire line of people paid and left this women walked to the back than came up front with the crickets. The fact that I simply needed 20 tiny crickets and paid yet was the last customer to leave. Beth the manager apologized for me being ignored. Not sure if ill go back. Never in my life had it take that long nor am employee to obviously ignore it and take thier bad day on someome else. Im sure the manager can watch it all on camera. Was going to get our second bearded dragon there due to thier selection but that interaction was enough for me sadly. There's enough cruelty out there and especially a place where people fake pets, we expect kindness and professionalism.
