Stopped to pick my boy up some treats and a toy on the way home. Ya gotta have something when i get home after being gone most of the day. of course he loved it. They got evetything you need hense the name of the store. The workers are kind and helpful.

Went to just buy some random things and had the worst experience with the cashier?? So rude and judgy and made me feel like I was stupid it was just such a shady experience overall. Thanks Lillian for ruining my day🤍

This is the best location of any petco around. The people over the fish department are extremely knowledgeable far above any chain store around. The store was short handed but still offered assistance in a timely manner

Went to get my baby boy groomed and they couldn’t trim his nails but everything went well the issue is they asked me if I wanted the oatmeal shampoo because he has sensitive skin and I said yes. They failed to mention it was a 28 dollar upcharge on top of the 55 for the basic grooming. We always groom him at home but he hates having his nails clipped so that’s really the only reason we took him in and we ended up paying $80 for a bath and basic groom we could’ve done for free at home. The girls in there were very nice but a customer shouldn’t be surprised by the total at checkout because they don’t mention that a different soap is an extra $28 for a single bath. Very disappointing.
