They have horrible response and updates. The Vet assistant we met in person was great with our cat. Very sweet and helpful. DR. Phillips was not great. We were told we need to get our cat to lose weight, while trying to figure out how much food that means it took weeks to get any response to our questions and I had to follow up multiple times to just be told "we will talk with the DR and get back to you" to then have to follow up again. The last straw is that I put in an order for my cats anxiety medicine earlier this week when we were down to the last 7 days of pills. I told the doctor we are down to 7 pills. They said the Doctor would be in the next day. Now we are down to our last two pills and I have yet to receive notification of the medicine being approved. Our cat gets violent when he does not have his medicine. This is so unacceptable especially since they are the ones that told us you cannot just stop giving the medicine to him as this one needs to be weened off. We are not happy with the services we have recieved.
Edit:From what I have seen they follow the same script for bad reviews, sending you through a list of horrible suggestions that waste your time. There is no fixing this. You have lost a client and I will not be recommending or wasting my time with you further.

Dr. Nelson and her tech Liz are amazing. They love their job! Liz was a breath of fresh air that made my day. My dog Marty is unsure of most people and he loved her. She took the time to get to know each other and to make him comfortable. She went above and beyond.

Called to order trifexus for my dog at this location, immediately got put on hold without anyone answering or asking if I was okay with that, waited 5 minutes and still no one picked up the phone. Called again and the exact same thing happened, straight to hold without anyone answering and waited another 10 minutes for no one to answer AGAIN. I have never had this happen to me when trying to call a banfield location. Extremely disappointed.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
