I’ve seen front desk staff ignore calls while waiting (while the lobby is busy) an automated call tells me it’s time to schedule, when connected to this location there is no answer. A subscription service for your pet isn’t worth it if there’s no service…

Ive had to drive there in person twice now to talk to anybody, and my dog's prescription still has not been approved (through chewy) after the Dr told me in person he would approve it. Im probably going to have to go there again just to remind them or something. My dog needs some testing done but after this debacle I'm going to find a different location to do it at.

- JOJulie ObertJan 11, 20261.0Do not take your pets here!!!! We informed the vet our dogs stomach was swollen and hard. The vet here at Banfield kept telling us our pet was overweight! Well let me tell you we took him to a real vet in Idaho and my pup had to have life saving surgery at WSU. They removed a 10 POUND tumor, his spleen, gallbladder. Trust me go to a different Banfield!! Btw I would give them no stars if I could. We brought our boy home yesterday and he is doing really well. If you care about your animal go somewhere else.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
