Cedars eye is already doing much better. I took his cone off so he could eat, and haven’t had to put it back on yet. He’s sleeping peacefully and not rubbing his eye. Thanks again for getting him in so fast.

Wonderful experience with my kitten Noah, they were kind and respectful and answered all my questions and were thorough in their exam and they gave reasonable prices and after I left I noticed that they forgot to apply the discount for first time patients to get a $25 exam and upon calling them I was immediately issued a refund for the difference and as long I'm living in this area I will forever use this veterinarian clinic, super knowledgeable and professional and patient, I'd give them 1 million stars if I could 😄

I hate to write this but I feel compelled to do so. I took my dog for his third visit to Tumwater Veterinary Hospital yesterday. I made an appointment for him to get his librela shot last week. This is a quick in and out visit that takes just a few minutes. As I said I had done this several times before at this office with no problems.
Yesterday I took him in and waited in the lobby for about 15 minutes after my 3pm appointment. The Vet tech came out and took my dog to the back for his injection. After about 10 minutes she came back with my dog and let me know that they would not be able to see him today and that I would have to reschedule as he has not had a full well check visit. I asked why the clinic did not let me know this prior to the visit and that on several other occasions it was not an issue. She explained to me that the manager had given her this information and I would have to speak to the manager.
Well, speaking to the manager was not any more enlightening. She was dismissive and did not have any information for me other than I would have to schedule on another day.
I wish that the clinic and the manager had been more understanding of my side of the situation. I do not think it is fair that they change their practice without informing the patient, and then expect the patient to just reschedule. The manager was dismissive and could have been more customer friendly.
