    They won't let you cancel your subscription if your pet dies! You will keep getting a monthly charge to remind you of of your painful loss. Do they need to? No. Do they care? No. Straight up evil. After 9 great years I had to put my cat down earlier this month; she was the sweetest cat I'd ever owned. Obviously I was heartbroken. The staff at Banfield were wonderful throughout the death process. This 1 star review is for the corporate ownership who clearly only care about the bottom line and not a grieving pet owner. I had been on the Wellness + plan for years as my cat needed occasional dental work, which just renewed in November. When I contacted Banfield to cancel the policy after my cat died, they told me I needed to pay the remaining 9 months of the Wellness Plan, despite the fact that my cat is no longer alive to be seen and treated. I was flabbergasted - their reasoning was because I had used the plan benefits (procedure discounts, office visits) for 3 months, so I needed to pay the full plan amount. I obviously wouldn't have signed up for the full year if I knew my cat was going to die so soon. To top it off, my cat was too sick to receive any dental care so I never used the "Plus" part of my plan. I asked if they would at least lower the regular Wellness plan but apparently their "system doesn't allow that". I feel taken advantage of in a time of grief. When your pet dies, it feels evil to keep charging grieving owners for services they obviously won't be using. Now I'll get a painful reminder of my loss every month when I see the monthly Wellness charge hit my credit card. I understand this is a business and cancelling a plan would normally require paying the full year, but the death of a pet feels like this should be an obvious exception. I'm leaving my multi-year experience with Banfield with a very sour taste and I do not recommend anyone give their money to this company; it's clear they will do anything they can to suck more money from you before you go.

    We had a wonderful experience at this new (to us) Banfield location! Front desk Anthony was super responsive & transparent when we made our same day appt and called back for an earlier availability as I requested. They were able to squeeze us in at the end of the day while being the most courteous and understanding team I’ve met! Kindly obliging our request for some pet wipes to clean up after daycare. Dr Joshua was so understanding and set everything straight for our records. Much gratitude from a tired foster pet parent! 🫶

    Do not support this awful company. The wellness plan is not worth it and way too expensive to cancel. Extra charges for ANYTHING. They don’t care about the animals. They care about numbers and profit.

    Check in and out is always hectic. Needs to be a smoother process since other Barnfields don’t have that issue. Too many hands in the kitchen Doctors are good

    We love Dr Walker and the team! I’ve been seeing them for about a yr with my furbaby with his chronic head injury on top with his dermoid sinus which is a rare condition where it causing this open wound between his eyes that keeps reopening and healing, been so hard dealing with it but Eric always made us feel little more at ease with his caring soothing energy, knowledgeable and kindness ! We need more vets like you thankful for you 💖 ( Eric Walker, Matthew and Amelia ) ❤️❤️❤️
