After enrolling my new puppy into their cate and after about three or so visits I found this particular location to be negligent with equally important matters.. The doctors were professional, knowledgeable, and good with my puppy. I was excited to get my puppy enrolled in the DNA genealogy package. The front desk was friendly, dressed nice, the lobby was clean and other patrons were friendly. Parking out front. Where I felt they could improve was mainly realized when I set an appointment with the Redondo location. They were everything stated above but also informed me that I didn't need to pay an extra 20 dollars a month for my pups Simpatico, that it was somehow included in my plan and the best part, I could recieve 6 months at once. Instead of treating my puppy with the same medicine that had been given around 5 times, they believed me and gave him a one and done treatment that finally worked They also always see me at the appointted time which my employer can appreciate. So high praises to thre Redondo Wa Banfield location.

In my experience Banfield Tukwila has always given my pets the best care! Dr. Hale was beyond knowledgeable but not only that she made sure that I knew how to assimilate the complex situation regarding my cat’s kidney situation and the effect of his weight on urinary conditions. Needless to say he has recovered from a recent urinary episode and we are well on the way to healing and a healthy weight loss. I’m excited to work with her on this journey to getting him healthy.

I don’t know the names of all the staff at the SouthCenter Banfield, but each and every one, including the Vets, are exceptional. It’s nice to be able to put your trust in an entire team.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs.
