I’ve been going to this petsmart for years and she has never let me down. She helps me with the app as well and she’s honestly the main reason I keep coming back. I’m not sure if she’s had a raise yet or not but with this type of customer service she honestly deserves one.

That said, the Tacoma Petco is a hidden gem and easily stands out beyond typical chain pet stores. The store is spacious, exceptionally clean, and easy to navigate, with one of the most complete and diverse product selections I’ve seen, even compared to specialty pet boutiques. From gifts for pet parents, interactive toys, healthy-looking small animals and fish, to an impressive range of products across nearly every brand, I was genuinely surprised. I’ve been shopping with another major pet supply retailer and have been consistently disappointed. After visiting this store yesterday, I know this will be my go-to pet store moving forward. On top of everything else, the staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more refreshing.

When I get there and she looks at the dog and checks him and again say I will need to reschedule. So I said no. When to PetSmart and was able to get the services with no issues and it was definitely a better price and got me $12 in rewards.
