    We have been loyal Petco grooming customers for eight years with our Shih Tzu–Bichon and have never been disappointed until now or experienced behavioral issues during grooming. Due to scheduling we could not get in with our regular store as soon as we needed so we booked at this location. This was the second time at this location as they had more bookings. We received a call mid-groom stating that our dog had “attempted to bite” the groomer while on the table. When I arrived, I asked the manager for a detailed explanation and a written incident report, but neither was provided. The manager simply stated that our dog attempted to bite the groomer and that she was now permanently banned from all Petco locations and refused to offer any information. I asked if she could return to her regular groomer at our usual Petco store, where she has been groomed successfully for years, and was told no. Our dog is energetic, but she has never shown aggression in eight years of regular grooming appointments. Additionally, when we brought her home, she was acting different than usual and repeatedly licking herself as if she was hurt, which was concerning. We have three dogs that require regular grooming and haircuts every 6 weeks or so. Due to how this situation was handled, the lack of transparency, and the extreme decision to ban her without proper documentation, we will be taking all of our grooming business elsewhere. So happy that a week later we took her to another groomer where they cared for her and there were no behavioral issues. When I picked her up they said how much they loved her. Beware of an inexperienced groomers and managers at this location.

    So here we go. I’ve been researching fish tanks for years. I have two great tanks. I came to get some fish for my community tank no one greeted me for about 45 min I had to ask for someone to help and the “manager or assistant” woman. Came to me rude as can be. Asked me what size tanks I have and told me putting my betta in last was a bad idea and that I should have put it in first before my others. Which as all the experience and research I’ve done that is NOT in fact true. But she kept making comments about what I am doing wrong. Every tank is different and every betta is different. Anyways her attitude and the way she was speaking to me was out of line. I spend thousands at this petco and because of her they lost a great customer. I was even helping an old lady in there while she was complaining about whoever didn’t show up to work that day. She needs to be fired. Her attitude and her disrespect is going to cause a lot of issues. Also she is lucky I’m not going to corporate.

    Another waste of time. I visit weekly to fill my reef tanks but have left at least a dozen times without making a purchase because it's impossible to find a customer service person to help with the aquatics.

    Worst Petco Ever. Food that’s been expired for 2+ years is still sitting on the shelves. They put the dog food where the cat food goes because they aren’t competent enough to read a box or check expiration dates. Do better this is embarrassing. I stand there for easily 10 minutes almost everytime I go before someone checks me out
