But this year they have taken a down hill slide with crappy customer service and lack of follow through. My husband took our dog in for vaccines and renew flea med prescription, to be told they could not give our flea med prescription. But why? No reason. I then took her back to a different location a few weeks later to have her get her shots and flea med prescription, to leave there with only her flea meds for the year, no shots. Now when they asked what I was there for I stated vaccines and flea meds. So would I recommend?? Maybe. Is it lower cost than a regular vet appointment, definitely!!
