I never wanted to go back to Petco after the hostile encounters with the staff in Smokey Point but this location is the place to go. It was well organized with friendly customer service. - JJJacob JohnsonJan 9, 20261.0Unfortunate experience tonight. Store closes at 8pm. Rolled up at 7:45 looking to buy 5 fish (tropical freshwater, we knew what we wanted). Store “manager” (Jack) seemed to have an issue with the proximity to closing time and told his employee (Jacob) “no more fish”. Told Jack if it was that much of an issue we could just leave. His response was “well then do something about it” so we left. Store has been convenient thus far, but apparently we’ll just drive to Snohomish to find excellent service @ Bridges ❤️

This afternoon I went in to purchase some fish when Jake commented that "You shouldn't call yourself a fish girl, you don't smell that bad". I was absolutely speechless and have never felt more harrassed in my life. I'll 100% be going to a different petco from now on since this location has associates who feel that it's okay to sexually harrass someone over having a hobby.
