Best vet we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The staff is wonderful. They took incredible care of my dogs. They were patient and took the time to figure out how to make my dogs comfortable rather than just drug them up. My dogs were happy going in and just as happy going out. Love this vet so much.

Dr. Wregglesworth is amazing as are the vet techs and receptionists! I have a senior Chihuahua mix who is very dear to me and they have excellent knowledge and scheduling for her health and my peace of mind.

They have been very kind and treated both of our dogs like they were special. When one dog passed, we received a very heartfelt card from Dr Rassweiler. She also helped with our dog’s cancer treatment which she came through like a champ

We brought two very loved dogs to this clinic over the years… first our senior terrier, who had diabetes and chronic pancreatitis. She was elderly, deaf, blind, and extremely anxious, so every appointment came with a lot of stress for her. In the final month of her life, we ran into a situation that was really heartbreaking for us. We had been using the same insulin for months without issue, but the clinic refused to refill it unless I brought her in for an in-office exam. At 16 years old, in the fragile state she was in, putting her through that simply wasn’t humane. It felt less like medical care and more like a policy designed around dollars, not compassion… and that was incredibly hard for us to experience at the end of her life.
We also brought our Irish Wolfhound here for sudden itchy skin and paw issues. Before any tests were run, we were told it was “seasonal allergies” and started on a handful of medications. They were expensive, but to their credit, the vet did recommend trying Costco or online pharmacies to save money.
However… when I submitted a prescription through an online pharmacy and selected the option for them to contact the clinic for approval, the request was declined. I was told it was because I had been given a paper script… even though a paper script becomes void once an online vet fills it. The online pharmacy let me know that all the approval required was a quick “yes” over the phone… but they were told the vet “did not have time” for a 30-second verification call. My only remaining option was to purchase it through the clinic for three times the price.
After both of these experiences, we ultimately decided this wasn’t the right fit for our family’s animals anymore. I genuinely wish things had gone differently, because we loved some of the staff and really tried to make it work… but compassionate care and simple communication matter, especially when pets are part of the family.
We’re grateful for the help we did receive over the years, but we’ve since found another veterinary team that aligns more closely with what our animals need and deserve.
