So, I get carriers and make an appointment through the website. We show up, only to find that there is no longer services being offered! As a handicapped person, getting 2 cats into carriers, in the car, and carried into the store was already a feat. To show up to find nobody there after an appointment confirmation...I am not ever coming back! We went to tractor supply in the valley and they were awesome 👌
