  I love going to this petco. It feels like they have the best selection out of the petcos in spokane. The store is relatively clean (it is a pet store). My dog comes with me, and everytime we go in everyone is friendly with both my dog and myself. The trainer there, her name is Kristen she is really awesome with the dogs and owners. She is currently doing a puppy playtime which my puppy goes to. It gives him a great way to socialize and play in a safe environment.

  Just your typical chain store nothing more than nothing less so it was cool. No complaints.

  I'm glad they moved from the other spot on division. This store is nice and clean and new and the animals seem happy(I know they're pet store animals so🤷‍♀️) and they have crickets 9/10 times we go.

  Subject: Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Conduct at Petco Grooming Salon To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to file a complaint regarding an incident that occurred at your Petco location while I was attempting to rent a self-serve dog bathing station. When I arrived, I saw three groomers working with dogs. I waited several minutes but was not acknowledged. I tapped on the window to politely signal and ask whether I needed to check in at the front register. I received no response. I then asked an employee named Zack if I needed to go to the front register for assistance. He opened the grooming area door to let the groomers know I was waiting. At that point, a groomer named Alyssa came out holding a dog and reacted in a hostile and unprofessional manner. She raised her voice at me for tapping on the window, stating that it was dangerous. I explained that I was unsure whether I should continue waiting or go to the front register since all three groomers had seen me and did not acknowledge me. I mentioned that a simple hand gesture or indication that someone would be with me shortly would have been helpful. Instead of assisting me calmly, I was met with yelling, which was embarrassing and inappropriate—especially in front of another customer who was picking up her dog. I understand safety is important in a grooming environment, but there was no signage indicating not to tap, and I was simply trying to determine how to receive service after being ignored. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed and addressed so that future customers are treated with courtesy and professionalism. Sincerely, Sherri

  My dog rolled in human poop. Thank you Petco, I was able to go directly there, immediately wash him in a tub, with provided shampoo, scrubber, towels, brush and a blow dry him in less than 30 minutes.
