They were very thoughtful and caring during the process of having to euthanize my cat. They were very patient and understanding, they gave me time with him beforehand. They made the whole process as caring and stress free as they could.

I called this clinic yesterday afternoon to ask about putting my dog down and to get pricing, and the experience over the phone completely turned me away. When I asked about the cost, the girl who answered said, “I think so,” which did not inspire confidence. When I asked if the cremation price included the full service, she responded as if I was asking something obvious or silly, rather than giving a clear answer. When I said I would call back to schedule, her only response was, “Okie dokie.” At such a sensitive time, I expected compassion and professionalism, but received neither. I genuinely wanted to give this clinic a try, but after this call, I won’t be moving forward with them.

My dog Huan gets ear hematomas from time to time. I brought her to Banfield to get treatment and due to their misguidence, the wrap stayed on her ear too long and her ear is dead now. Go to a real vet if you care about your animals.
