We had a very stressful situation while traveling from Billings to Spokane for a race weekend after our original boarding plans fell through because our Boerboel was not adjusting well. We ended up bringing both dogs all the way to Spokane and I booked a hotel because I thought I was going to have to stay there with them instead of staying in the Airbnb with the rest of our family. Thankfully, K9 Country Club Pet Center of Spokane completely turned everything around for us.
They welcomed both of our dogs, including the boerboel, with kindness, confidence, and zero judgment. After being told he was “aggressive” elsewhere, it was such a relief to see them handle him calmly and professionally—and he was comfortable immediately. It was obvious they understood dogs and knew how to make them feel at ease.
The staff made me feel reassured from the moment we arrived, and I could tell our dogs were happy and well cared for. Because of them, I was able to cancel the hotel and stay with my family for the weekend, which meant so much to me during this trip.
I’m beyond grateful for their help and would absolutely trust them again. Highly recommend K9 Country Club Pet Center of Spokane to anyone needing caring, capable people to watch their pets.

We had such an incredible experience with K-9 Country Club—especially working with Casandra.
Our German Shepherd struggled with extreme anxiety. Before training, I couldn’t even take him on walks—he pulled so hard that I could barely hold onto the leash, and he was afraid of just about everything.
Thanks to their training, he’s like a different dog. He’s gained so much confidence, and his anxiety has improved tremendously. Walks are now enjoyable instead of stressful.
I’m beyond grateful for the care, patience, and expertise they provided. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with an anxious or strong dog.

I can't even explain how grateful I am for the care and time that has been devoted to my pup. I struggled ever taking her on walks and dreaded if a dog ever visited in a neighbor lawn. Now moving into a new home with dogs all around, I needed help. Doing the board and train has been a lifesaver. Cassandra, her trainer, has made such an impact on her behavior. I was shocked having her heal and sit right next to me. It's still a work in progress with the transition home, but she still is drastically different from when i first brought her in. Cassandra even did an at home training session to troubleshoot. I couldn't be any happier and am glad that I have somewhere that she loves to board at.

My dogs, Zeke and Lucy, have been going to K9 for the past 7 years!
I cannot say enough good things about this place. My dogs frequently go to Day Care, have been boarded at least a couple of times a year when we go on vacation,, and are frequently groomed there.
The front desk management, Tristan and Kevin, are friendly and happy to help. The kennel technicians are careful, responsible, and really seem to love dogs. Jen, the groomer, is caring and does a fantastic job!
Anything else? Yes, a vet's office is right next door.

This is a great boarding facility, super clean, with friendly professional staff .Extra peace of mind as there's a veterinary building attatched. There's a "quiet" room for the more skittish smaller dogs (like my Coco) and a dog like that can have the option of their own exercise run if they don't do well with other strange dogs. Although she was nervous on arrival, they handled her really well and she forgot about me !! You can also do a tour (I did) before you decide and that , for me at least, really eased my mind.
