  Marissa and Tracy once again did such a great job on my 10 year old shepherd! He was very happy and looked amazing afterwards! They said it would take 3 hours but actually got the job done even faster at only 2 hours!

  We just moved to Washington from Indiana. My Bernese Mountain Dog Jax had seen the same groomer since he was 12 weeks old. To say I was nervous going someplace new is an understatement. That said… from my first interaction via text they were so kind. Dropping Jax off I was immediately comfortable. Tracy groomed him and did a fantastic job. Made his next appointment before leaving. So glad I found Dirty Dog 🐶 they truly are wonderful.

  The dogs smelled great and they took wonderful care of them. All the other groomers we've gone to have said they can't do it Shepard's nails, but they just took their time with him and were able to do it. Definitely will be going back.

  We brought our very nervous girl in for a long overdue groom. They were so gentle and patient with her. She looked amazing after her service as well. We look forward to utilizing their services in the future.

  Very disappointed in communication and service. This was our first time using this company and unfortunately did not have a good experience. We expected the haircut to be a bit short and imperfect; the groomer was correcting a home-haircut, so that is totally understandable. Our dog was there for almost 4 hours. I was told at drop off it would be 3-4, so after 3.5 hours I tried to call to plan the afternoon and get an ideas of when they thought I would be able to pick up. I called over 5 times, no answer and no return call. We decided to just stop by, and when we arrived the only thing we were told is that she was very difficult to do nails and there would be an additional $15 charge for the extra person needing to help with the trimming. It wasn't necessarily the added charge, but the negative way it was said that was frustrating. She's been to a different groomer and never has that been the case before. After paying for the full service treatment and additional charge, we got home and realized they absolutely did not do any type of shampoo. She was shedding hair clippings like crazy and smelled the same as when she was dropped off. I know we showed up before they called, but they should have told us they ran out of time and discount the service for the lack of shampooing, especially after adding additional cost. The last really frustrating and sad part is our dog was so thirsty and drank 2 bowls of water immediately, clearly not having all day. Overall a pretty terrible experience. Dogs can't speak for themselves, so being able to trust a service like this is key. I don't recommend this company.
