    The groomer talked to me about what I wanted and showed me a board with different hair lengths. I liked the cut a lot. The price was very fair. The groomer said Sophie licked her through out the entire hair cut. No groomer has mentioned that before and I will ask for this groomer the next time. As soon as I find out her name.

    Had a scheduled appointment today 2:15pm scheduled it about a month ago, and had last minute cancelation by the groomer who apparently just quit today. I called the customer service line to see what they can do to help and they just said you can call other petco around the area but they are all book for this week. This is very frustrating and unprofessional and its hard for me to get a scheduled day off.
