B.4 days ago2.0friendly enough staff but unfortunately I bought a cat tree there that didnt have any of the necessary hardware needed for assembly in the box....looked like the box was taped up as if it was a return but no one checked to make sure all the parts were there. I was stupid too, and didn't keep the receipt but gd very annoying.

I have a 5-year-old Maltipoo who gets scared of everything, but she took her time and made sure my dog felt safe and comfortable during the whole grooming process. I truly appreciate the care and attention she gave. I would highly recommend Mira to anyone looking for a gentle and loving groomer!
