- LLLinda LomaSep 21, 20251.0I’m absolutely disappointed with my recent visit at Vetco today. From the moment I walked in, the female vet and her male assistant showed zero compassion toward my dogs. The whole process felt rushed as they only allow 5 minutes per appointment. Most of that time was spent pointing at their tablet, how much time did they actually spend caring for my dogs? Then they had the nerve to complain that my dogs were stressed and hard to handle. Seriously? Do you expect dogs to be calm when they’re treated like this? I paid over $250 for just a few vaccines that’s not affordable anymore and all I got was attitude, unprofessionalism, and even a vaccine error! They gave the wrong shot to one of my dogs! Watching through the window, I saw how poorly they handled my pets. My dogs were clearly stressed and not treated with kindness. I regret going back and giving them my money. It’s heartbreaking to see my furry family members treated like this. I won’t be returning, and I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND this place to anyone. They need to do better!
