Don’t waste your time coming here. Go to a vetco at a different location. They have a 5 min grace period for appointments and if you miss that by a min or two, they refuse to help even if they are idle. I’m sure the number of cancelled appointments at this location would confirm this. While I was there, they canceled 2 out of 4 appointments. They used the time to sweep floors rather than to help patients who were a couple/ few minutes late. The discussion about how they would not help you could take longer than 10 min when they could have just given the pet a vaccine.

Seems multiple pets were scheduled for the same time. This was unusual for this site. Yappy big dogs should have been asked to wait outside. Vets and staff are grest!

My vet clinic was cancelled one weekend, and the next weekend, after rebooking, the clinicians showed up late and took at least 20 minutes to set up with a completely green team of workers in training. They are consistently understaffed and wait times are long, which is not ideal when you're standing in line with a pet, or in my case, multiple pets. I wouldn't recommend Vetco vaccine clinics.

We got our puppies 12 week and 16 week vaccinations here. It was a relatively quick and easy process, but during the 16 week vaccinations, they said they wanted to wait 2 weeks for the rabies vaccination as our puppy is small and they didn't want to overload him. They said I could pay now so it would be a quick visit (not sure why I thought this was a good idea) but I did so. Two weeks later, went back in and told them we paid last week but they gave me a $25 charge and said they don't do prepay (I had receipt but its not itemized). Didn't bother to argue, just not going back there again. The communication between vetco and petco is just too bad.
