Tonight is the third time in the last month that the shop closed early with little to no warning. I guess at some point during the day they put a typed out sign on the door saying that due to being short staffed, they will close early. Tonight it was two hours early sometimes it’s only one. It’s unreliable and ridiculous for a well known fortune 500 company to be so inconsistent. This has inconvenienced me on multiple occasions and I understand it’s not the employees faults however, at some point you think management or corporate would get it together and hire people who can work the shifts they need to stay open for the full company hours that are posted everywhere online and on their own door. When I have brought this up to corporate or to management in the store, corporate tells me that they will get to the bottom of it and call me with a follow up, but never does and the manager in person has been rude to me when I’ve asked what’s happening.
