We have been patients here for close to two decades. It has changed owners several times and the care and service has been consistently kind and compassionate. We are grateful to have such a wonderful team to care for our pup right in the neighborhood!

This place has really gone downhill. They are always understaffed and no longer even let you speak with a veterinarian, even if your pet has an injury and you just need some advice. This is a very expensive vet's office that no longer offers any benefits for it's higher than market pricing. The vets that I have worked with there are great, but it seems they have both quit now.

Update 10/1/2025: lowering to 1 star. After sending the incorrect medication to our pharmacy for my dog’s epilepsy they claimed it was the fault of the pharmacy. 3 trips later to the pharmacy and the pharmacy showed me that they sent the incorrect medication. This is the second time this has happened. I am quite upset over the carelessness of a medication that prevents my dog’s seizures.
Unfortunately we will not be returning to Madison Park Vet, after multiple visits feeling like we were scammed out of $100s for unnecessary tests. Most recently we were asked to conduct another urinalysis which we had already done one month prior (for $275), after which we already completed a course of antibiotics and therefore ruled out any sort of infection. I have also been asked to bring in fecal samples without being told those are also $85 each. I wish the staff would explain all options and pricing and pros/cons because I constantly felt like I was being told to do everything and then getting a $600+ bill at the end of the visit. Additionally, during this most recent visit we waited 45 minutes past our scheduled appointment time before being seen and then the vet was jumping between us and other clients for about an hour before we could finally leave. Previous visits I also waited 20+ minutes to get to a room. If i am going to be spending this much, I expect to be seen within a reasonable amount of time and have the vets full attention. I understand things come up and appointments need to be moved, but this was the final straw after several negative visits.
