If I could leave Zero stars I would. Upon arrival the receptionist informed my daughter that the appointment she had made in July for her cat had been canceled because she didn't fill out the paperwork that was sent in an email. The email had gone to her spam folder. My daughter showed up a half hour early, plenty of time to fill out the paperwork, but the receptionist was on a power trip and wouldn't allow it. Never mind it was a 2 hour trip and $30 for the ferry to and from Bremerton. I think some of the receptionist's rudeness could have been due to the fact that my daughter was told their office would get the records from the other vet. But they didn't do that. My daughter had test results on her phone, but that wasn't good enough for the receptionist. Maybe the vets are wonderful, if you can get past the sarcasm and rudenes at the front desk. If you don't want to be treated like dirt, go elsewhere.

The front desk person canceled our appointment for our cat because we didn't respond to an email. We didnt know they were going to send an email and require confirmation. When we made the appointment they said there was nothing else we had to do to get the records. My spouse drove two hours to get there only to be turned away. We booked the appointment several months ago. She also lied about calling and texting as our log does not show anything from them and we confirmed they have the correct phone number. I recommend avoiding this vet because the staff is extremely rude. They obviously don't care about their patients or the people paying the bills.

Update: instead of apologizing for poor service, the clinic responded to my Mom's review of the situation with a characterization that is wholly untrue. This place is incredibly dishonest. They sent two emails, without letting me know they were coming or that they required a response, randomly, months after I made the appointment. They flat out lied about calling and texting or used the wrong number because I have absolutely zero missed contacts from them in my log (or even any I dont recognize that could possibly have been them.) Yet they keep saying this was done. I never once raised my voice. The only time I used one expletive was as I walked out the door, in response to the front desk clerk's nasty, sarcastic, unprofessional comment, long after a long discussion going back and forth about how they wouldn't allow me to take a newly canceled appointment, as i was walking out the door. Even when that was said, I did not raise my voice. To suggest the conversation escalated is completely inaccurate. This place has small people on big power trips. And for what, I don't know. I will continue to add to this post as more lies are said and I will find a new place to post a negative review every time I am accused of something that never happened. ***** One of the worst vet/doctor experiences I have EVER had. The front desk person is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in my whole life. They told me they would get my vet records and that I didn't need to do anything else. When I showed up, they explained they canceled my appointment because I didn't fill out paperwork or confirm via email. I received an email yesterday (in spam) but no texts or calls as they said. I have zero unread messages or calls. None from them. I confirmed they have the correct number. She lied. The woman was INCREDIBLY rude and insensitive. I arrived with plenty of time to fill out papers. Also, all tests and blood work done previously has been deemed unremarkable by several vets. I have all the printed records with me and I have instant access to my online records with the VCA that could have been emailed instantly, right then and there, but that wasn't good enough for her. I even said I wanted to start fresh with all new testing for this issue as the others are dated and no longer relevant. It's like she just wanted to berate me in front of everyone in the office for not checking my spam for her email. Again, I was not told to expect an email or that it would be required to confirm the appointment at some random date, within a 12 hour window, a week before the appointment. Strangest process I have ever seen. So her solution was to send a sick cat away rather than allow me to take an opening from another cancelation and go without outdated, irrelevant records that could be easily retrieved in a matter of seconds online. Only a worthless, evil witch would make a decision that stupid. In hindsight, im wondering if it had something to do with how I look (gay) because she seemed to have it out for me as soon as she opened the door. I waited months for this appointment, drive two hours to get here, and get treated like garbage. I'm just stunned. Haven't had an experience this bad in as long as I can remember. As I left, I said, well, I guess thanks for nothing and she sarcastically retorted something nasty. I just can't believe any professional office employee, much less a vet clinic, would act this way. When I called another vet and told them exactly what just happened, they were shocked. They said they would never turn a patient away for a scheduled appointment for not filling out papers ahead of time, or not having records. And they don't require confirmation. You make an appointment and that's it. Easy. Jeez...no vet or even human doctor (or even a dentist!) I've ever seen is haughty enough to REQUIRE an appointment confirmation, much less at such a random interval. Literally, thanks for nothing except 4 hours of unnecessary driving, putting my cat thru hell.

Would highly recommend! Everyone from we met from check in to check out was friendly and professional. The cat visit was very nice because they let us take our cat out of the carrier once we got in the room. This let her get a little more comfortable with the stress of a vet visit. When our Vet came in, she was friendly, and let us watch (or more like distract our kitty with a treat) while she performed the wellness check and went over everything with us. The vet tech who followed soon after to give our cat her vaccines was super kind and also let us distract our cat while she took care of the vaccinations. I would recommend this spot for any cat owner who is looking for a cat-only vet clinic who goes above and beyond for all of their cat patients!
