I recently adopted a cat, Moosh, who came in for a wellness check and to address a few health concerns. I was pleased with the service and thought everyone did a good job,
Including the receptionist, nurse, and vet. Thanks Banfield team for taking care of Mr. Moosh!

We stopped in the day after Thanksgiving because our pup had a loose tooth. We were traveling from Eastern Washington, and when we arrived, Connor greeted us with such a fun, welcoming attitude. He helped us get checked in and made the whole process easy right away.
We met with the doctor, who took the time to walk us through our options clearly and thoughtfully. About three weeks later, we came back for our dog’s cleaning. Once again, the doctors and staff were incredibly friendly, explained everything upfront, and kept us informed every step of the way.
We live a little over an hour away, but we’ll continue coming here because of the genuine care they showed our pup. Thank you for taking such great care of our dog. We truly appreciate you all. Happy holidays.

Never go there if you really really need any assistance. They won’t care about your pup but will try to charge you on unnecessary things.

This Banfield location cannot retain staff. Every time I have to go here there are different vets, different techs, and different front desk staff. I am not happy with the care my sick dog recently received nor the communication from Dr. Leila Shetula. I told her it was impossible to administer liquid meds to my dog but that's still what she prescribed. I told her that a certain medication had previously been prescribed by other Banfield vets that worked for my pup, but she refused to prescribe it and didn't offer real alternatives. I do not recommend Dr. Shetula nor this Banfield location. If you can find someone else for your pet, I would!

This isn't my normal location, usually we go to the Des Moines one which we absolutely love. However, my dog needed surgery to remove tumors and they had the first availability to get her in earlier. The vet herself was great, she was informative and showed true emotion when she was telling us everything, not like crying but you could tell she has love for her patients. They would have gotten 5 stars however, they failed to send us home with pain management after a MAJOR surgery which resulted in us having to go to the emergency vet to get some because my poor girl wouldnt go pee because she was in so much pain. So now after spending almost $4000 on her surgery, 2 days later we had to spend almost $700 at the emergency vet to get proper pain management. I will not go back to that location ever again, I feel like the ball was majorly dropped and my pet wasn't sent home with proper medications to heal comfortably. They only sent her home with an anxiety pill and antibiotics. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
