Dr. Cantrell needs to learn how to speak with humans properly. I dropped off my dog for an arthritis injection and labs. Dr. Cantrell calls me to yell at me about my dog's heart murmur. I never brought up the murmur nor my questions about an echo to Dr. Cantrell. She had obviously read a note from another doctor at a different location, and she decided she hated me and needed to yell at me before ever getting on the phone with me. I did not ask Dr. Cantrell anything regarding my dog's heart, yet she still felt the need to argue with me and yell at me about it. Didn't ask you, Dr. Cantrell. I suggest you work on speaking to people first, then you can work on being a professional while clocked in at your job. Update: I confirmed in the records, 2 years ago Dr. Cantrell did a routine dental cleaning for my dog. When she called to tell me the price, I asked why the price was so high. Her response was "I don't know". I then said I don't have $1200 just laying around, to which Dr. Cantrell responded "well then you better start scrapping those pennies together". Just horrible for a doctor to speak to people like that, especially while at their place of employment.

I have a senior dog that I have been taking to the Aurora Banfield for 15 years now. Dr. Cantrell, Sheena and the whole staff are so good with her. They really go above and beyond to care for my dog Mojo! The last time I was in they even went so far as to give her a brush because she was shedding her summer coat. Having a dog that age can be a lot but thanks to the staff she is a happy healthy pup!!

I would go to a different Banfield if you can, I prefer the Ballard Banfield Hospital. I have the wellness plan and just moved to the area. This Banfield is excessively busy and clearly are accepting more than they are able to handle. The staff is very nice and as helpful as they can be, but I felt that because there was too much going on every single time I brought my pet in, the main doctor was rushing through our phone calls and unconcerned despite concerning and bad circumstances (which I now know WERE serious!!). I don't feel like I got the care I should have for $85 a month plus diagnostics costs. They didn't really take me seriously and now I am dealing with the repercussions at a local ER. Ballard Banfield went above and beyond, I would recommend them instead!!

My dog Stella and I have always had the best interaction with anyone at Banfield. Stella has been going to Banfield since she was 3 weeks old. She is now 10yrs. old. She's half Staffy, quarter Dachshund and quarter Rat Terrier. She's a small dog.

Don’t go there they are just gonna cancel your appointment anyways. Waste of my time. Had to reschedule my work for this visit and they just call in the morning wake you up and say they can’t take in your pets. Why am I paying $70 a month for this?
