  Every time I've brought my pet in and disclosed what I wanted/they needed done, the assistants have always brushed off any of my concerns, and proceeded to do only what they wanted especially in terms of vaccinations. This caused me to make almost all my appointments online or via phone when not in the office, as if it was discussed at present they would do nothing that I asked and every optional thing I did not ask. I brought my dog in for routine vaccines at one point and without asking they used one of my plans fecal exams when there wasn't a concern or reason for conducting and my consent was not given. Recently I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance for neutering that I tried making months prior, but was told they "didn't want to" when first discussing, and then now they're "double booked" which is wild to me considering the Banfields in Southern California were able to perform anything without question and within 3 weeks; which was the only reason I put our newer puppy on an Optimum Wellness Plan. They do have some very nice and professional staff, but the rest are dismissive and rude, the actual veterinarians mind you are very knowledgeable and good at explaining things. I will wait until I move back east and deal with more professional people who keep timelines, understand customer service, and actually have my pets well-being and best interest in mind. Maybe it's my fault for not trying another office. I will not condemn the organization as a whole but this office needs to do better.

  We just moved from Texas to Seattle, and this Banfield location made the transition incredibly easy, even when the Texas Banfield locations were using a different account management system and required more effort to get our old records imported.

  They helped extend my cat’s life with their intuitive care in her senior years. When it was time to say goodbye they were extremely caring and made the process as painless as possible for both my cat and myself. So thankful for Dr. Cantrell and the whole team here.
