  ive struggled a lot with other vets not taking me seriously with my concerns for my cats. i described a chronic issue my kitty was having and the team immediately suggested the best insurance plan and course of action to get a diagnosis and treatment for my poor kitty’s breathing. i didnt have to beg them to listen to me or convince them. my cat is on a solid road to recovery. the team loves my cats as if they were their own, i wish i had found this place sooner.

  Amazing staff that was slammed but still professional and helpful. Doctor Anderson is fantastic as well.

  Sam made what’s usually a stressful vet visit feel warm and memorable. She went above and beyond to make our greyhounds feel safe, loved, and at ease. She truly understood both our dogs and us as owners—handling them with calm, genuine care while also making sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. It’s rare to leave a vet visit feeling this good. Thank you, Sam, for being such a true pet lover—we’re so grateful!

  I go here all the time and I’ve always had excellent service here and the vets are always knowledgeable no matter which one I get I kind of have a medically, complicated golden retriever and I can always count on this place to be reliable. I also have my dog on the senior Banfield plan and it really saves me a lot of money since he’s medically complicated I can’t really get insurance on him so this has been a lifesaver for my wallet. Highly recommend this vet.

  Worst Banfield I have ever experienced. Do not trust them with your pets. I called at 4:03 pm to confirm the location because it was very hard to find. I was told they had parking and that the clinic was on second floor on a back street. I arrived with my dog at 4:11 pm. This was our first visit. The location was genuinely difficult to locate, and no one mentioned there was a strict 10 minute late policy. The front desk staff member, Alex, told me I missed the appointment because I was one minute past the 10 minute window. There was no flexibility, no empathy, and no attempt to help, despite knowing it was my first time and that I had just called for directions. Customer service was dismissive and unprofessional. If they are this rigid and uncaring with pet owners, I would not feel comfortable trusting them with animal care. Always trust the Yelp reviews. This place is exactly as bad as people say.
