When I approached the cashier (Andi) to see if she could let me know the balance, as I could not figure it out on your app, she had to ask a supervisor to help. When the supervisor came up, she scanned the barcode, but it would not give her a balance. She told me that it did not have a balance. I walked away knowing that I had not used the entire $100 before, so then I found a number to call to get the balance. I had a remaining balance of $46.93 left on the card. When I went to purchase my items Andi, was there to check me out, she was nice, but I did not like the fact that she kept touch her septum piercing and drinking from her Dr. Pepperwhile she was ringing me up. You should definitely have a better way for customers to look up gift card balances, or your associates should have known
