First I find out my " free" 8th grooming had expired, never was notified and wasn't any whete near a time my dog needed grooming. I was compensated for that as the Corp. Office was very helpful. The groomer at Renton scheduled to groom my dog was rude and not willing to work with me when I questioned her on their policy of being able to pre pay so my mom could pick up the dog as I was not able to. No way could this happen! ( really?) Didnt explain why and just continued to get snotty and called management! Then, My dog was scared, pooped on the floor and when I asked her to hold him for a MINUTE while I cleaned it up, she refused to! She claimed she couldn't touch him until he was completely checked I! For Gods sake, I didn't want anyone to step in it. She refused to groom him after that. She was obviously immature and not in the right business to deal wirh people. I had to reschedule for 2 weeks later and just today picked him up. Mae is new and did a wonderful job but I will not go back. My last 4 scheduled appointments which span a year or more, have been cancelled every time. 4 times in a row! I'm sad that I can't work with them, they are so close. But I'm willing to pay more to not get cancelled on ever appointment, treated with such rudeness by a groomer who obviously had a bad day and needs classes on professionalism,
