- FAFabian Alfaro2 days ago5.0Quick and same day appointment(maybe I got lucky). All the ladies were wonderful, acknowledged my limit in spending! And walked out of there feeling like a successful vet visit and didn't feel hassled! My favorite touch to the experience was they held off in handing me over my Golden until we have had a chance to talk, get instructions of any care! Considering any dog would be extremely excited to see their owner again and could hinder those moments! Great team!
- MMMagnusApr 23, 20261.0The doctors are great if you can ever get in to see them. Scheduling is a nightmare. They constantly shift around dates and times. Been rescheduled after arriving on time multiple times. And even if they can see you it takes almost an hour to get seen even arriving early. Tried to be patient because the doctors are so kind but I'm just done. I'm sick of stressing out my cats out just to be told to go home because they input the wrong time despite confirming another. Or make them sit and wait in their carrier longer than the appointment itself. Will be finding a vet with competent staff.

They will call you to set up an Appt for your pet under your care plan and when you bring your pet for the service care I would get a call and was told that they cannot do the service because of such and such so I end paying for the service they cannot do. You ask them before hand how much for a service that its not under the care plan and they will tell the amount but when you show up to the appt they will give you a different price.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
