    Didn’t explain fecal test, it’s a mail in that won’t be back before we needed it. The lab tube needs an account number, which wasn’t given. Prescribed wrong flea medication because they don’t look at prior records even though the past records are with vetco. Used to be good but like all good things, it has come to an end. Very apparent they just want your $$
